Parkinson Property is an independently owned business that has provided a letting and property management service in Lancaster and Morecambe since 1986, and we currently fully manage over 460 residential properties. We also manage forty-seven block properties that consist of over one thousand apartments and houses.

We provide an out of hours maintenance service 365 days a year through a local helpdesk. This facility is included in the service we provide. Property owners have to pay the cost of the contractor’s invoice but the provision and coordination of the service is included in all of our management services.
